Veeda Progress Park is a business park to provide pad-ready sites for economic development opportunities on the Iron Range.

This 240-acre development is a joint Virginia/Eveleth Economic Development project that included a $2.6 Million grant from the Federal EDA to complete:

· infrastructure extension
· site layouts 
· access roads

Progress Park has shown the strength of our skilled workforce with the success of companies locating and expanding in greater Minnesota.

The project involved relocating the city’s infrastructure, interconnecting the water main between Virginia and Eveleth, expanding the existing Entronix building, and extending the City of Eveleth’s water main.
