Anthem Facility (Delta Dental)

This project included the 10,260-square-foot expansion of Anthem's (Delta Dental) customer service center in the City of Gilbert. The $2,000,000 project allowed Anthem to provide space to accommodate 120 additional workstations in their facility.
The project consisted of a new 150-car parking lot, site development services, local street, and infrastructure improvements, stormwater management for the southerly portion of Gilbert, site restoration, and a topography survey. JPJ Engineering also assisted the city in securing a DEED grant and an IRRRB grant as part of the local share of this public/private partnership project.
The City of Gilbert was pleased to announce that the Anthem expansion will add up to 120 full-time positions to its projected three-year-end employment number of 202 jobs. Anthem is one of the nation's leading dental benefit management companies.
