JPJ Engineering is looking for field personnel to assist our project engineers by performing onsite observation of construction work and gathering relevant measurements to ensure compliance with the project’s plans and specifications for projects throughout Northeastern Minnesota. The Civil Engineering Intern works independently in the field to document construction activities, identify potential problems, and evaluate contractor performance using technical discretion and sound judgment. The Civil Engineering Intern will serve as the liaison between our engineering staff, our clients, and various construction contractors, investigating complaints, assisting in the resolution of requests for information, and working to provide positive solutions to issues, complaints, and requests.
Qualifications
This is a full-time, seasonal position. Local area travel will be required, mileage will be reimbursed.
